It’s good to meet you. Perhaps you are reading this because something terrible, life altering has happened to you or a loved one and you are looking for help. If this is the case, please accept my sincere apology that you or your family are in this position and know that we are here to help however we can.

You may also be reading my Bio because you are or may be my opponent and are trying to get a feel for who you are up against. If you are my opponent, please know that I don’t quit, I won’t tire, and I will fight with all my might till the very end. My staff is handpicked and possesses the same philosophy and drive. Our entire firm of Los Angeles personal injury attorneys are committed to winning consistent with the highest standards of professionalism due the Court, our adversaries and their counsel.

To those who are looking for help or have an interest in hiring my firm, we are here to help you. Friends call me “The Liberator!” Helping people is in my fabric – it’s who I am. My mother was very young when she lost her father to a reckless driver. Wounds like that never heal and a loss like that changes the trajectory of one’s life. I am also no stranger to tragedy, and the hope of miracles hinging on every word from a doctor when the diagnosis is grim. The harms cut especially deep when tragedy is thrust into a person’s life unnaturally, unexpectedly and without their consent.

Our Jury Trial System is based on the fundamental premise that those who cause another person harm, must pay for that harm. The value of what was taken must be equated to money and that amount of money must equal the value of the harms caused. In the United States, we have money Justice. That’s the law. We don’t have eye for an eye Justice like the olden days. The civilized approach is to require the at fault parties to pay compensation for all harms caused. It’s the American way. And it’s been that way for hundreds of years in the States. No exceptions. No discounts. I understand what is at stake and how to ensure that your interests are protected.

When you need a lawyer for what could be the most important fight of your life, I hope you make a thoughtful and studied decision on all of your options, and choose the firm that gives you the peace of mind, strength and support that you need. We are hard hitting, relentless, and committed to you and your cause. Our results speak for themselves. We welcome and honor the opportunity to help you.
